I've found so far only one reason why you need a visa at all. The entry is basically the same as without visas. But without a visa just get updated very often no money. The reason seems to be the source of income.

But now came the next problem. At the hotel they had my reservation. I showed them my reservation confirmation. This time it was my fault. Wrong hotel. Was this Seacliff Hotel. But I had to Seacliff Court Ca. 1 km. The taxi was gone and somehow looked like the area at the end of the world. But they said it was no problem. Me call a taxi. Meanwhile, I got a welcome drink and made a little chat. After about 5 minutes, a taxi was there, and another 5 minutes later and 5,000 shillings poorer, I had finally reached my hotel.
