It took a little longer, but now I can finally report from Africa. I am now nearly a week in Abidjan, Ivory Coast's largest city. A beautiful lagoon city situated on the Atlantic. Located right on the lagoon. However, sounds better than it is. The view of the lagoon is already not bad, what you can not really tell from the hotel. A standard Novotel, mediocre service, but the 5 star price.
I arrived here on Saturday and wanted to use the Sunday just around me a little time to look around. Was not very successful. Located in a business district. Because nobody is working on Sundays and no shops are open, no one was even on the street, except me. At least I've found a Geldautomatan.
